One of the GREATEST methods to amazing HEALTH AND WELL BEING

To be physically fit beyond your imagination.

To have absolute beauty, strength, power, speed, and all the other physical attributes of health and well being….

Here is a method that I’ve found to obtain this. It’s simple to understand yet, very hard to do. But, once you grasp this understanding and start to live out this method of vibrant health and well being, your physical limits will know no bounds.

The method is simple.

”As you think, so shall you be.”

That simple quote is the method, understanding, secret key, the ancient remedy, to all things health.

Your body is your mind and thoughts made visible.

This understanding I’ve searched for over the latter part of 10+ years.

From being an amateur MMA fighter, to opening up a small fitness business, all the way to my one singular desire of being fit like Bruce Lee.

All workout routines, all diets, all strongmen of the past, all understood this.

What you think in your mind is what you shall BE.

Now, let me get your mind into the know.

You can think of your body as an amazing machine with many components which work in harmony to give you life.

To have a good, flowing harmony of body parts and organs, one must have harmony of mind. This harmony in mind also relates to harmony between others and all things. Where there is strife against another, so shall a part of your body be at strife with another part of your body. To achieve physical harmony, peace of mind is a must.

Now, to have strength, one must have a profound purpose for this physical strength. What’s the greatest of all purpose?… To be strong for your loved ones. Have the thought of being strong for the weak, the kids, the elderly and, for anyone that may ask you for help. When you have this purpose in your mind, your body shall be strong and ready to be an aid for those you love. 

For beauty, understand, if you have beautiful thoughts, thoughts of joy, happiness and playfulness, these thoughts will radiate all throughout your face and smile. If you constantly hold thoughts in your mind of, “how can I have a joyous day along with filling someone else’s day full of joy and happiness”, you’re definitely going to be glowing.

In short, all of your body is made up from the thoughts you think. You cannot escape this.

Constantly use your discipline to hold thoughts of love, positivity and power. This will be your salvation and key to having a vibrant body.

So to that end, I’ll leave you how I always leave you….
