When trying to transform your body, this is the one area that everyone fails. And honestly, this is probably the one area that gets everyone to lose their minds.
We all been there. Trying to transform your body but constantly battling your mind on not eating all the foods that bring you joy.
Here’s a little tip in which helped me stay on point…
YOU NEED TO BE MADLY IN LOVE WITH THE PERSON YOU’RE TRYING TO BECOME.
You cannot stay focused on the foods you need to eat when your temptations are greater than your goals.
The vision that you have in your head of the person you’d like to become MUST be so worth while for you that you’ll happily give up all the things that hold you back from that vision.
A tip for this is you must be HONEST with what you want.
You’ll always want to go off track from your diet when your goal is not aligned with what you truly desire.
I truly wanted to look and feel how Bruce Lee did. As a kid the movie “Enter The Dragon” captivated my heart. Deeply, I didn’t want to be a big and strong looking guy. I wanted to truly be a masterful martial artist like Bruce Lee.
So guess what?
Because of my honesty with self, it was easy to stick to a diet plan that will make my vision become a reality.
This is how I found out how you truly stick to a diet.
When you truly love the vision of what you’re trying to become, you’ll love the foods you have to eat to get you there.
So I urge you to find your heart’s desire. Be true to what it is that you want to become.
