How to keep up your INTENSITY.

Feeling a bit down? You don’t have that motivation or drive during your workouts? I’ve been there. Yet, most days for me, it’s ALL GAS NO BREAKS.

How do I keep up my intensity? 

SIMPLE.

I CHOOSE to keep up my intensity.

Same with motivation.

To be honest, I’m never really motivated yet, I CHOOSE to get into that mode of motivation.

This is how you keep up your intensity…

You CHOOSE to keep it up.

If you try to wait for the motivation or inspiration, it will never come.

Somedays you may have intensity and motivation that sky rockets beyond this earth.

But most times, you’ll have to CHOOSE to keep bringing that fire.

All great things in this life is consciously created.

You are your GREATEST ASSET. With this you must choose to be motivated, inspired & intense.

When you do this conscious creating, day after day, you’ll see that it gets easier and easier to be motivated.

Once it becomes easy, that’s when you realize you no longer need motivation because YOU ARE THE MOTIVATION.

Keep that mindset on point.
